The IT Cell comprehensively manages the Tribunal's information technology infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of network hardware and software. This includes:

Maintaining and Troubleshooting : Proactively ensuring the smooth functioning of existing network hardware and software, and promptly addressing and resolving any computer-related issues reported by users. 

Procurement Support: Defining technical specifications for the acquisition of necessary hardware, software, and network-related equipment.

Application Development Liaison: Collaborating with the National Informatics Centre (NIC) by preparing user requirements for the development of application software modules and coordinating their cloud-based implementation.

LAN Management: Maintaining the Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other physical hardware, to guarantee uninterrupted internet services within the courtrooms, supporting hybrid operations.

System Monitoring: Conducting routine checks to ensure the stability and efficient performance of all existing hardware and systems.
